Lots of tasks in progress..

I know I haven't updated this in like forever, due to computer difficulties so I'm just going to do it all in bulk.

Task 46: Watch every episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer is now complete. It took me so long but I have now seen every episode from series 1 - 7

Task 54: Quit a bad habit is now complete. I decided to stop biting my nails, it's ridiculously unhygienic and I was fed up of biting down too far and ripping off skin- ouch.. So I haven't bitten my nails for over a month now, and they are getting really long! :)

Task 66: Buy a lottery ticket or scratchcard is now complete. About two weeks after my 16th birthday I played the lottery for the first time, I only matched two numbers, and I've done it once since there and I have still been unsuccessful.

Also I have been continuing to read my 33 books which is task 86. After reading Birth of a Killer by Darren Shan I bought myself a Kindle. And since then I have read: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban but after this I fancied a change from HP so I began to read the second book of the Saga of Larten Crepsley- the sequel to Birth of a Killer which I am still currently reading. I have found all the Harry Potter books so far very interesting and much better than the movies *which I love* and also as Darren Shan is one of my favourite authors I am really enjoying the Saga.

I think that's everything but I definitely won't leave it as long next time  :)

Task 14- Nandos

On my alphabet weekend list the N stands for Nandos because I have never been there before, I went on Sunday 8th May 2011 with two of my friends, Tom and Rachel. We sat at table 17 and I ordered a wrap and chips =) Task 14 is completed!

Task 86

Okay, so I finished reading Chosen which is the third book of the House of Night series, but I decided to change books after this so today (11/5/2011) I started reading Birth of a Killer by Darren Shan.

Task 60 and Task 86

Easter Weekend 21st-25th April I stayed at my Aunt and Uncles. I spent the entire weekend with family so Task 60 is complete. I had long train journey on the way down and I managed to finish Marked and Betrayed and begin Chosen which are the first three books of the House Of Night Series. Task 86 continues :) I think all of them so far have been really good, there's been some sadness but overall they're very entertaining and the books are very well written.

Task 86 continues!

I find this book totally addictive, I have read 24 chapters so far, and find it difficult to put down. The author is very talented and the characters are so funny. My favourite characters are Stevie Rae, Damien and Erik. I will update my blog as soon as I have finished the book, which probably won't be long. But so far, it's amazing and I love it! =]

Task 90 - Piano/Keyboard

Today, 19th April 2011, it is the Easter Holidays so I have some free time and I have decided to start learning my 5 songs on piano. By using Youtube videos and websites showing the chords I plan to learn 'Unfaithful' by Rihanna because it is one of my favourite songs, and it is quite slow so it will probably be quite easy. I will upload pictures and a video of me attempting to play after I have practised for a while. =]

Task 86 has actually officially begun this time!

So, last month I started reading Dracula by Bram Stoker, but I really didn't find it very appealing, it was quite dull and very hard to get into, so now I have moved on to a different book - 'Marked' by P.C Cast and since yesterday I have read 10 chapters, so far it is funny and very entertaining.
This time Task 86 really has begun =]

Task 70

Task 70 to raise £100 for charity is on its way: For Red Nose Day 2011 I did a sponsored silence and I raised £68. To ensure that I stayed silent I sellotaped my mouth closed, and although I looked a bit stupid it was worth it.

Pictures will be uploaded soon :]

Task 46 continues

Task 46- To watch every episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer continues
Today, Sunday 13th March 2011 I watched two more episodes from series 6
All the way and Once more with Feeling

All the way was really good it was set on Halloween and Buffy's younger sister Dawn sneaks out and meets with a vampire and once again she was saved by Buffy.

Once more with Feeling was also a very good episode, a demon is summoned which resulted in everyone singing all the time, some of the songs were really funny and now I think that it is one of my favourite episodes.

I have not included a summary of each episode, because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who has not watched it.

At the beginning of April I completed series 6.

Task 86 has officially begun!

Today, I started reading 'Dracula' by Bram Stoker, I will update more when I have read more of it :)
Task 86 Read 33 Books has begun  =]

Task 31 is still in progress. I have completed some more pages of my colouring book and am now on 9/128 pages.
I also decided to switch from colouring pencils to colouring pastels as the colours are much brighter.

My list of 26 films..=]

I have decided on the 26 new films that I have to watch for each letter of the alphabet. I will comment and rate each film out of 5:
A Alien
B Brother Bear 2
C Chicken Run
D Drag me to Hell
E Exorcist, The
F From Hell
G Gremlins 2
H Halloween
I It
J Jaws - I thought this film was okay, I'm a bit scared to go swimming in the sea now, but the film was quite good. 4/5
K arate Kid, The
L Land before Time, The - I loved this film, it's got a great story line and although it is quite short it includes a lot. It's a really enjoyable film. 5/5
M Matrix, The
N Nightmare on Elm Street, A
O Oceans Eleven
P P.S I love you
Q Queen of the Damned
R Return to Oz - I didn't really enjoy this film that much, it was quite boring and as I am a fan of the Wizard of Oz it didn't really live up to the standard. Also, it didn't include any of my favourite characters from the originial film. 1/5
S Species
T Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The
U Unborn, The
V Valentine's Day
W Werewolf in London
X X men
Y You, Me and Dupree
Z Zodiac

These films will be rated as soon as I have watched them =]

My First Completed Task

On: 23/2/2011 I completed Task 42 - Dance wildly in the rain.

I was hanging out with my friends, and it was raining, so I danced wildly..
(I did get some odd looks from everyone who could see me)
